At Bloodfallen's CB Corner, we are committed to providing quality products, honest service, and customer satisfaction. Please read the following Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Selected products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • The customer must provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns requested after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval by Bloodfallen's CB Corner before any refund, exchange, or store credit is issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Electronic parts and components

  • Special-order items

  • Custom-built equipment

  • Modified equipment

  • Labor charges

  • Diagnostic fees

  • Any item showing signs of use, abuse, alteration, or customer-caused damage

No parts are refundable unless specifically approved by the owner of Bloodfallen's CB Corner.

Defective Merchandise

Products found to be defective due to manufacturer defects or workmanship issues may be eligible for repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Bloodfallen's CB Corner.

Defective merchandise must be returned with:

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Original packaging when available

  • All included accessories and documentation

Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, power surges, water damage, neglect, abuse, or excessive SWR is not covered.

Radio Warranty

All radios sold by Bloodfallen's CB Corner include a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Failures occurring during normal intended use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Improper installation

  • Excessive SWR (Standing Wave Ratio)

  • Power-related damage

  • Incorrect wiring or reverse polarity connections

  • Customer modifications

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Abuse, neglect, or misuse

Because excessive SWR, improper antenna systems, incorrect wiring, power-related issues, and operator error can cause damage to radio components beyond the control of Bloodfallen's CB Corner, any damage resulting from these conditions is not considered a warranty issue.

Warranty service may consist of repair or replacement at the sole discretion of Bloodfallen's CB Corner.

Amplifier Warranty Policy

All amplifiers sold by Bloodfallen's CB Corner are covered only against defects in workmanship and assembly unless otherwise stated.

Transistors are NOT covered under any warranty.

The failure of any output, driver, or power transistor immediately voids any warranty coverage on the amplifier.

Transistor failures are commonly caused by factors outside the control of Bloodfallen's CB Corner, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive SWR (Standing Wave Ratio)

  • Improper antenna systems

  • Overdriving the amplifier

  • Improper tuning or operation

  • Incorrect voltage or wiring

  • Reverse polarity connections

  • Excessive heat

  • Inadequate ventilation

  • Customer misuse or abuse

Because the exact cause of transistor failure cannot always be determined after installation and operation, all transistor failures are considered non-warranty conditions.

Warranty consideration on amplifiers will only be provided when inspection confirms that all transistors remain functional and the issue is related to a defect in workmanship, assembly, or another covered component.

Right to Refuse Returns or Warranty Claims

Bloodfallen's CB Corner reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or warranty claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Limitation of Liability

Bloodfallen's CB Corner shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, installation, or failure of any product sold.
